Have a Holly Jolly Christmas from LaTonya & Family!

I have to tell you, I am so ecstatic to watch 2009 and its' challenges and hardships come to the end of their terms. My family and I are thankful to the Lord that by His grace He has sustained us and is increasingly, thru faith, conforming us into the image of His dear Son, Jesus Christ.

Sha'Tavia, my twin daughter, through the year ShaTavia (youth leader) have been making an impact in her community and communities of others. Was selected to be student ambassador representing USA in six countries including, FRANCE, ENGLAND, IRELAND, WALES, NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM for 20 days; in Summer 2009. ShaTavia, was chosen out of the 40 of hundreds of delegates as the best that our country has to offer. She was able to help tear down the wall of division in other countries by promotimg world peace giving others the knowledge to increase understanding between citizens of the world.

She also was selected with an elite group of published poets to receive a special honor the 2008 Editor's Choice Award for, "being recognize with the prestigious because of her artistic accomplishments and unique perspective--characteristics found in the most noteworthy poetic works."; according to the The International Library of Poetry, for her outstanding literary achievement.

Sha'Tavia will be graduating in May 20, 2010. She brings alot of smiles and joy to people that is around her, which is a blessing when we live in such an uptight generation. Such a blessing!

Jerevon, my (yungchow)youngest child, is doing very well in his french education and he is such a great teacher at his young age. So unique and peculiar but so many gifts and abilities. God's hand is definitely on this child, so I must ask for His grace to raise him in the nurture of the Lord. Being a parent is a great honor, we are not raising them for our own selfish needs but we are stewards over future soldiers in the army of the Lord.

In this upcoming year I believe God wants us to become "salty". You will not rejoice if you don't understand Jesus definition of this word. You see, salt is known to be valued around the world. When Jesus said 'you are the salt of the earth', He was saying that you are valuable to this earth in which you live in. If you lose your saltness, you are not worthy of your salt, so you are counted worthless. Even employers know that, the word 'salary' comes from the Latin word salt. Those of you that get a salary, get it because you are worthy of it.

We are going to have to increasely allow the spirit of God to arrest our lives totally to fulfill this endtime plan of the Lord -- with signs and wonders following. Your participation (salt) is valuable in fulfilling this plan.

Also, I want to thank you to all of you that have given your support, contributions and prayers for our ministry and family. Continue to send up the timbrel unto Heaven's Gate as we do the same for you.

As I close, I want you to walk in expectance in this upcoming year begin to foresee all the promises of God manifesting in and through your life.

... because God is able!

Why do I ask, I was just networking and notice how I was running into so many homosexuals (young), I guess I would not be so astonished if they were not s/b confessing Jesus as Lord into their life. How can so many say Lord, Lord having a form of godliness but denying the very power that wants to take that unnatural stench that is separating them from him showing His dear Son as Lord in their life.

The bible says throughout how the woman was made for man, not man for man and therefore man for the woman as her covering. Just a Christ for the church that He gave his life for it.

Homosexuality is not a disease nor are you born with it. You might have that spirit oppressing you are persuading you to try it, but it is up to you to decide rather you want that lifestyle or not. It is not a fashion statement nor a fad it is what it is, SIN!!! The bible says a man is tempted by his own lust meaning it was something you were desiring or curious about anyway and it is only being offered to you.

Just as a person that tries drugs or alcohol for the first time you only try it because you have been meditating on what it will be like anyway. I can resist what is not attractive to me. A man that I do not find attractive is no threat to me.

But a man that is beauty in the eyes of this beholder, I fight the good fight of faith against the principalities and powers and rulers of darkness that has rule over this current world blinding the eyes of man so that they may not see the end of the illusion that they follow that is for a season tickling their soul.

That is what sin is a illusion it is likened a man in a desert without food or water and he begins to see a illustration of what he desires. A pool full of quenching water waiting to be offered and as he gets close and begins to drink from this pool of water he comes into reality realizing that he has a mouth full of sand.

This man follows a false doctrine or belief is equivalent to a man that sins. He is believing something that appears to be satisfying or real to him. So speaking on homosexuality this person believes what they are doing as true to satisfying but it is written lust brings forth sin and sin only brings forth death. And the only why to escape death is through Christ Jesus. he is our propiation for our sin ONLY.

He washes us with His blood that is able to cover sin in throughout the four corners of the earth and His word cleanses us of the mindset that which so easily besets us and causes us to walk after the flesh. Now we can have a renewed mind because we have allowed the word of God to be a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. This is the will of God that concerns us.

I pray that if you read this and are struggling with homosexuality, you notice I said struggle that means you are looking for a way out. That the eyes of your understanding are enlightened that you may know the hope of the call that he has called you to through His power that worketh in YOU!!! I do not hate the homosexual I hate the lifestyle, it is equivalent to a 40 year old man having sex with a infant, RIGHT! It is unnatural and immoral!!!

My Friday Story: Could even "God" be troubled by "the meaning of life"?

A philosopher ask me this in a question to challenge my thinking. Want to share with you as well to see how you would answer.
Could even "God" be troubled by "the meaning of life"?

He goes on to say an interesting thought problem: (If there was nothing prior to "the creation" of this universe by God except God, how was God able to have self-knowledge, since there was nothing but "self" and in order to recognize what "self" is, one must also know what it is not? If God were to write an autobiography, what would be said avout that period of Divine existence?)

Response:
There is not searching of God’s understanding, if you can figure God out He really is not God. And God according to Christian belief GOD HAS wrote and autobiography, it is called the Holy Bible. It is written, in John 1:1-5 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Everything you need to know that He wants to share can be found in the Bible. It tells all about Him and what His expectations are. You just make the consciencious decision rather you believe it or not. God does not force His opinion on anyone that is called rape. He does not rape our thoughts or ideals, only presents the evidence and allows us through the will He has given us to make the clear decision to believe it or not.

The bad thing about not believing it, you have to hope like heck that you are right. In my opinion it takes more to believe there is not a God, you have to continually find proof through your senses to support your thesis. As to Christian beliefs we are told to just believe! =)

If God didn't want me to be a homosexual, He would take it away?! Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 11:58pm

I, LaTonya, a prophet of Jesus Christ by the commandment of God our Saviour, and Lord Jesus Christ, which is our hope.
By the grace I have been from our Lord and Savior, I know I have been M.I.A. but I really appreciate all the support of this ministry. Continue to pray to the Lord, that we may continue to stand in the Truth of this gospel that I preach. This is a honor that the Lord has chosen me to steward over His bride, for a time such as this.

The reason for this unorthodox note tonight. I have had something that is pressing on my heart -- ALL AFTERNOON AND EVENING after viewing an interview of a middle age man christian representative, ambassador of Christ, preacher, man of God-- that came "out of the closet". What I mean by this is, he desires the same sex over the opposite sex, for whatever reason. What really bothered me is when he said, he prayed to God to take away this desire for the gender of the same sex and God has yet done it. He also question in so many words, if God did not take it, it must mean he wants me to walk in it (until further notice).

Hmmm... was not feeling that statement at all!

I oppose this statement with the word of the Lord, Genesis shuts this all down that this is NOT God's will at ANYTIME. God has already ordained the plan of God for man -- in regards to sexual relationships. It is written, And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him... And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man He did not bring another man to help Adam, he brought woman. The word of the Lord also goes on in Genesis 4 and it is written, "And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived," The perfect plan of God in regards to sexual relationships, can't go wrong when you do it right...

You know I sincerely discern the spirit of pride on this young man, we have been warned when we get puffed up in pride. The fall comes. The dangerous thing about pride is when one walks in it, they sincerely begin to believe their own lies.

It also says in the word there is a way that SEEMS right unto man, but it only leads to a destructive path. Which obviously this will begin to happen, many will and already have begin to follow after this young mans belief system. That God accepts me just as I am, even though I deny His will.

This is another device of the sin of fallen man, changing the plan of God. Creating idols of the mind, that is trying to over throw the throne (God revealed to me that He sits on his will-- His will "IS" His throne) of God. <may have="" to="" share="" this="" at="" another="" time="" if="" the="" lord="" releases="" me="">

This note is not so much about the lifestyle, it really was about something that stuck out like a sore thumb. I tuned in as he said in so many words: '... that God has not taken the desire from me being attractive to men, so is it His will for it to be taken away?! As to tempt God.... Jesus even told Satan in,

Matthew 4:6-8 (King James Version)
6And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 7Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

That is not different than someone saying, "Lord if a red car drives by my house it is your will for me to go to the club..., or if you love me God, you would turn this stone to bread...' Please! Why would one try to play God for some fool. God is not a man that He should lie, nor the son of man that He should repent. Will a man tempt God?!?! Come on this is GOD we are talking about, omnipotent, omnipresent GOD?!!! Okay?!

As far as his statement: 'I guess it is not his will for me to come out, I'm walking this out to help someone else.' I oppose that statement with the word of the Lord. God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he ANY man: 14But EVERY man is tempted, when he is DRAWN AWAY OF HIS OWN LUST, and enticed. 15Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death. James 1:13-15

When we DECIDE to sin, we do it cause we want to and then we expect God to come and be Captain America, the same will that got you there is the same willpower you are going to have to have to get out of it!

2 Tim. 2: 25-26 (paraphrased) says once you who IS OPPOSING YOURSELF WITH A SINFUL LIFESTYLE, is instructed in TRUTH!!! "MAYBE" God wiill peradventure (perhaps) give YOU A CHANCE to repentance to the acknowledging of this truth. <it is="" not="" even="" guaranteed="" he="" will="" knock="" on="" your="" heard="" to="" let="" him="" in=""> -- Very dangerous, playing with sin-- It will take you further than you want to go, and keep you longer than you want to be keep. -- IT IS UP TO "YOU" to RECOVER YOURSELF out of the snare of the devil....rather it is a homosexual lifestyle, fornicator, gossiper, adulterer, liar, thief, backbiter, discord of the brethren and such like these. Because the bible says you are only stuck in a desire for unnatural unaffectionate AT YOUR OWN WILL!!!! God is not going to take loving the same sex away, it is written: you are to...recover YOURSELF out of the snare of the devil. Don't play God, you might be trying to convince yourself or fool humanity, but there is no wool going over the eyes of God. He sees right through the matter of the heart. You still in it cause you like it!

I can attest to this, I use to be a curser (like a sailor before I gave my life to the Lord). The moment I gave my life to the Lord and begin to develop into His divine nature. My will towards God was greater than my will to do evil. Not that the cursing went anywhere. If I wanted on demand, I could open my mouth and still know how to curse. The cursing did not go anywhere, it is still in me, if I get far away from the word enough, I will find how closer it is than I think it was. ;) But my desire to please God was and is greater than my desire to walk after the lust of what my flesh wants to do. The blood covers that I can be right standing in the sight of God. Just like if I was a carpenter and I go to work and get dirty then go home and cleanse, I am clean from the washing of the water. But once I expose my body back to the elements, I can go right back to being dirty.

My closing statement is we can not keep blaming anyone for the position we are in but our self. There is stewardship that is required of every believer, that is why the foolish virgins got locked out because they did not use good stewardship. They took no oil with them, so when the bridegroom came they could not go out because it was midnight, meaning it was dark and they would not be able to find their way to him. This cost them entering in.

Beloved, there is no more blood sacrifice for sin, everything that we needed to overcome the evils of this world is already been given through the spirit of the Lord. But we can't even stop there, the Holy Spirit is given to govern our lives but it is in our will that choices must be made. The place in the inner being of our soul, where we must ask will we allow lust of this flesh, lust of these eyes, or the pride in this life separate us from the love of God?! This is not just a every now and again, question but we must daily choose whom THIS DAY we will serve! Grace and peace be unto you.... Amen.

My Friday Story "Woman of Destiny"-- May 9th, 2009

During my Women of the Word cell group we hit on 'how to walk as a virtuous women before the Lord?' We searched the scriptures and came upon a certain woman with no special past. Her past was one of which she intends to forget. Her name is Ruth.

What made Ruth such a splendor in the eyes of God that He would make her name known through all the earth? Ruth was known as one with noble character; or in essence a high regard for moral behavior or self-discipline. What else made her this virtuous woman?

Ruth was a woman that worked diligent with her hands. (Proverbs 31:13)

• She was a good steward over what she obtain


• She shared what she had possess with her widowed mother-in law Naomi (Ruth 2:7)


• She was teachable


• She had integrity

Ruth showed faithfulness and sincerity even though she was freed from any further obligations to her mother-in law; she pleaded to stay in her company (Ruth 1:8, 15-18)

She dedicated to follow no matter what and she did not give up. Ruth showed integrity by being a woman of her word, her fruits spoke for her (Ruth 3:5) and she knew how to humble herself under authority (become a love-slave)

Ruth sought wisdom, she was humble enough to seek wisdom

• She took no though about what people would think about her.


• She was different but, yet her uniquesness shine through (Ruth 2:13)These qualities landed her favor in the sight of Boaz that he provided her needs and the needs of Naomi (Ruth 2:8-11)

This simple, ordinary woman who walk away from her pass to the unknown, moved from lack to more than enough because of her sacrifice of not looking back and letting her faith motivate her into her destiny (Ruth 2:!1) Ruth was very grateful. It was only the beginning yet Ruth was vey thankful for that which she had not knowing what would come of tomorrow. Ruth trusted in Naomi's GodShe did not fully know Him but, she moved into the known to the unknown. She was willing to walk away from the pains of the past.

Ruth found favor for her obedience/compassionated.

• She meet the person of need right where they are at


• She did not turn her back on Naomi, even when she (Naomi) gave up


• Even though Naomi was bitter Ruth interceded on her behalf and still did what was right


• She re-introduced Naomi to her own God

Ruth was full of courage and her loins were girded with strength

• She was bold enough to plea to provide for her own


• She took a chance when sleeping at Boaz feet, when women were not suppose to be where he laid his head

Ruth stayed on task

• She knew her assignment


• She fulfilled her plan

Just know your not a thing of the past, your not just like momma and 'em, your not what your husband, your family, your girlfriend's say you are, you are who God says you are, you are who God says you will be, say: " I will be willing to move into the destiny God has prepared for me. If it were not so He would of told me so." God says you can succeed, God says you are blessed, God says He knows the future He has for you. Only thing you have to do is just invite God to come into every blemished area of your life and cleanse it. And make every crooked path straight. You wil see He is willing.

Ruth was a woman with a destiny!!! Every time God wants change He uses a changed person. Not only was she changed but, because of her transformation. Destiny, history, tradition, and religion was changed and every plan the devil tried to hex fell to the ground. Ruth was a woman with noble character and like her if you choose today to be obedient and diligent to the things of God and let His kingdom shine in you. By allowing the key people in your life to guide you and instruct you and take heed.

You too may become a woman of destiny.

MY FRIDAY TESTIMONY: Is There Anything to Hard for GOD?!” - 05/01/2009; 10:45am

When I think about Jesus and all He has done for me, through me and to me…. MY SOUL REJOICES AND SAYS, “THANK YOU, JESUS!!!” It is so good to be able to welcome you by reaching out to your through your screen on today. God is an awesome God… YES HE IS!!!! When I begin to decide rather I was going to do My Friday Story of My Friday Testimony my mind immediately flooded with the blessings of the Lord that has been upon my life. And I could not resist but to glorify His holy name before all man… HALLELUJUAH!!!!

As some may know my daughter received a letter from People 2 People (offers extraordinary, life-changing educational travel opportunities for students, athletes, educators, and professionals. When I received the letter; I kind of blew it off thinking, ‘yeah whatever this is just another piece of junk mail, waiting for the opportunity to sale you something. So I told myself that I would just sit it aside for now.

Well months went by and I was in a discussion with a close sister in the gospel; and she happened to bring up this topic of discussion on how her daughter being invited to the same opportunity. So of course the letter I had sat aside so long ago came to my remembrance; I begin to think maybe this is not a scam as I thought. (one reason I doubted the letter was because m daughter was not doing very this year in school. So I just knew this opportunity ‘had’ to be some kind of joke.) Anyway, after the phone call I made myself a note to retrieve that letter and really start to investigate this org.

I must say I am glad I did. The day I found the letter the expiration date to enroll was like a week away. So I had to immediately get online and filled out the required info to meet with the committee. Finally, we went to the invitation and the speaker expounded more about the series of events that was going to take place. THEN CAME THE OUCHER! (As my man-child says… ha!) Cost!!! OUCH! She begins to instruct us to look-up the trip, in which our child had been an invited.

Well, my beloved one was selected to be student ambassador representing USA in six countries including, FRANCE, ENGLAND, IRELAND, WALES, NETHERLANDS AND BELGIUM for 20 days; in summer 2009. (Yeah, you thinking the same thing =)) It was thousands of dollars to send her there. It’s funny because when I found out how much the trip was my daughter looked immediately at me. (As to see what my outward reaction would be) Thank God I keep my countenance pleasant; but baby I tell you inside I was like Homer Simpson… ‘DOH!’ *LOL*

Immediately the Holy Spirit begins to minister to me, “Do you believe that I am able to bring this to pass, do you not think I will restrain anything good for those that believe and trust in me?” I said, ‘well Lord since now you spoke on our behalf, I rolling with you. So I proclaim if it is your will, you WILL provide!!!!’ And that was that, I told my daughter by faith, she was going to this trip. Did not even has a tithe of what it cost to send this Chile on this trip. HA (I am just crazy enough to trust God at His word.) So the deadline to have the money is for registration was like 30 days away; and I had noooo ideal where this money was going to come from. Well two weeks from the deadline, I was prompt in my spirit to file my taxes for the year. Which I usually fill out my own tax form; (which is one of the things I major in Account/Finance) but, I had been sooo busy I really had overlooked filing-- in a timely manner.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I obeyed the voice of the Shepard; and allow a tax center to electronically file it for me. And I saw how much I was getting back is the amount I needed to send Tank on her trip -- ‘Wow, God really?’ I thought. (Shy of $499.00 + some addt’l charges that had been put on it for airfare fees) So I begin to say, Lord if you cover the majority of this trip I know you are able to continually to do a good work to complete this thing to the end.’ No later than a 3 to 4 weeks or sooner; another unexpected lump sum of money was deposited in my account… that cover not only the remaining portion but also gave me some press down, shaking together and running over blessings to continually be a blessing to others.

You talking about public shouting, I feel sorry for the folks that thought I was a little Bunker’s… HAHAHAHAHA It would be a sad day in my life to not stop & drop Him a praise right were His blessing manifested. I have three levels of praise Before, during and after… LOOOOL!!!!

The testimony really was not the money, the true testimony is that my daughter has been a witness to the goodness of God. And it is my prayer that this did something to her faith. (She even stated that she would not ever imagine to be selected as a Student Ambassador representing her country.) I state this, “God takes the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. People (even myself at times---) did not think you would excel but God has confound us and strengthen even my faith to know that possibilities or limitless when God is in it!!!! MY, MY, MY!!!

Many wonder why I praise Him like I do…. I know I do not deserve how he treats me --- (His bride) But God’s love is not on a timeline, he does not just love you up to this point and then threw in the towel on you --- like man!!! But nothing shall separate His love from me or you.

I have to close there before I get myself start (charging up in my spirit) LOOOOL!!!! MY FRIDAY STORY -- "Jesus Knows What It's Like" - Friday, April 24, 2009 at 10:58pm

Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. Matthew 4:1.
Jesus faced every temptation you and I are likely to face, yet remained sinless. But his freedom to say 'yes' to God meant nothing if he wasn't free to say 'no.'

Temptations come to all of us, all our lives. The devil didn't finish with Jesus when he was tempted in the desert, but merely left him 'for a while.' We might talk about the 'hot temptations of youth' but similar temptations will come to us later as well: they pass into the subtle temptations of maturity, and the cynical temptations of old age.

The worst temptations are religious ones: thinking we're noble or godly for doing 'good.' That's why religious pride is so deadly. T S Eliot (Murder in the Cathedral) wrote: 'The last temptation is the greatest treason! To do the right thing for the wrong reason.'
As Jesus urged his disciples, may I ..Rise and pray, that I may be spared the test.' (...lead us not in to temptation,...) Amen.

Do Science and Scripture Agree? - Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 1:49pm

I received an inbox message that read: "that’s good your a person with strong faith but don't science contradict a lot of things with religion " And this is what I have to say on the matter.

LaTonya Writes:
The power of science to explain the world around us can often dazzle the average person to the point that he or she doesn't see the limitations of science. Science is merely an extension of the human mind, and as such science has limitations set by the human mind. Scientific knowledge is accumulated only through observation and experimentation what is commonly referred to as the scientific method. That which is outside the realm of observation and which cannot be either verified or falsified by experimentation cannot rightly be called science.

Scripture also has limitations, but unlike science, these are not limitations of knowledge but limitations of purpose. Because the knowledge contained in the Scripture comes through revelation, there is technically no limit to what can be revealed, but God has chosen to reveal only that which has a bearing on our salvation and relationship with him.

The Bible is not a science textbook. It was never intended to be. But this does not mean that its revelation will contradict established science. Having said that, however, Scripture will definitely contradict human philosophy. It has in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Science and Scripture are complementary but exclusively different types of knowledge disclosure. The first works by trial and error, building up through reasoned steps a workable model (theory), then testing it as new information comes to light. The second purports to be a direct revelation from God as to the nature of the man and his relationship with God.

The man on the street believes that science and faith are somehow opposed, or at the very most, unconnected. He has been led to believe that science is based on undisputed facts, whereas belief in the authority of Scripture is based on blind faith. This could not be farther from the truth.

In its broadest sense, faith is simply accepting the reports of others on matters that we have not personally verified. This is a perfectly normal thing to do, something that the average person does many times each day. Both ideas evolution and creation must be accepted on the basis of faith. Sure, we can investigate the evidences to weigh up the best case for the origin of life, but ultimately we must trust the reports of others. As L. T. More describes it:

The more one studies paleontology (the science of fossil study), the more certain one becomes that evolution is based on faith alone; exactly the same sort of faith which is necessary to have when one encounters the great mysteries of religion...
The only alternative is the doctrine of special creation, which may be true, but is irrational. No more startling admission of the need for faith in evolution can be found than the comments of Dr. L. Harrison Matthews, in his introduction to the 1971 edition of Darwin's

The fact of evolution is the backbone of biology, and biology is thus in the peculiar position of being a science founded on an unproved theory is it then a science or faith? Belief in the theory of evolution is thus exactly parallel to belief in special creation both are concepts which believers know to be true but neither, up to the present, has been capable of proof. One question that might be asked in view of continued evidence against evolution is:
"Why then did evolution gain such a strong footing?"

The answer is simple: Because people needed to believe in evolution. They still do, and for this reason you can expect the theory of evolution by natural selection to continue to be taught in our schools and on our TV screens until something better comes along. In the light of this, and our previous study of the case history of Galileo, Professor Jerome Lejeunes comments are particularly interesting.

The neo-Darwinist is now reaching the point of dignity in the history of science that the Ptolemaic system in astronomy, the epicycle system, reached long ago. We know that it does not work.
This is just an overview of the issue of science and the Bible, but when speaking with an unbeliever, be very careful not to get sidetracked into needless arguments. When confronted by a person who states, But science has disproved the Bible, your objective is to say just enough to lower the barriers to the Gospel.

Remember these two things: 1.)Its not about winning arguments, but about winning people. You can win an argument about evolution, yet lose the person. 2.)You are not preaching creationism. You are preaching Jesus. Your sole aim is to be a witness for Christ. As Peter advised in 1 Peter 3:15-16:

But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.

The individual wrote me back after I shared some of my views on his question and this is what he had to say:
"now knowing what i know & reading your response we would have a powerful discussion its not that often that i bump into people who can fully explain themselves the way u did in your message i seem 2 be the head of the conversations because every1 wants 2 hear my point of view because i tend 2 think outside the box hope 2 hear back from u soon"

MY FRIDAY STORY-- "Loving An Imperfect Church " - Friday, April 17, 2009 at 6:33pm

I ask... that they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. John 17:20,21.

The squabbles in the church must sadden our Lord who prayed that his followers may be one. If the church worldwide were united (in spirit, not necessarily in one organization), the world would take notice. As it is, critics of the church are constantly mocking us for our sectarian divisiveness.

The church is both human and divine. It comprises fallible humans, and has yet to be perfectly redeemed. It is divine - the Body of Christ. So we need to be patient with an imperfect church. Henry Scott Holland put it this way in 1914 when the Bishop of Zanzibar wrote a pamphlet asking where the church stood. Scott Holland said that it did not stand at all, but 'moves and pushes and slides and staggers and falls and gets up again, and stumbles on and presses forward and falls into the right position after all.'
The church of Jesus Christ is glorious, not because it's perfect, but because it is being redeemed.

THIS IS MY PRAYER: "And Lord, you love the church even with all the nonsense that is perpetrated in your name. Help me to love your people too. Amen."

MY FRIDAY TESTIMONY My Rock!

The devil is on an assignment to cash me out (shutup my praises) –> last week he try to cancel my assignment w/a house fire, today he tried to take me out in a car wreck<-- lol I laugh at his harmless roar haha, cos' I am the one crazy 'nuf 2 believe; "NO" weapon formed against me will be able to prosper! The spirit of God raises a standard against his wicked devils cos' PRAISE IS MY PORTION!!! HALLELUJUAH!

He shoulda took me out when he could, now I am going to dash his head some more by allowing praises to continually be in my mouth... Get back under my feet, defeated foe!!!

I was on the highway doing atleast 65 to 70mph; and my tire bllows -- mind u this would seem normal, if it would not have been a tire I replaced just a few months ago! haha Wicked spirit use, wicked people to operate in His wicked devices... Once again your charge against me has been DECLINED!!! hahaha

MY FRIDAY TESTIMONY Gratitude

I was suppose to meet with some leaders on a teleconference lastnight... unfortunately I was not able to make it; my home started to have the smell of smoke and I had to contact the fire station; they looked for hours where this smoke was coming from & could not find the source and finally the Lord gave them the wisdom to check out the TV, and they found out it was coming from my televison. BUT GOD... once again showing up and off. Thank God we did not go to bed yet and get caught in a house fire. THANK GOD ONCE AGAIN FOR KEEPING US!!!! HALLELUJUAH. AND MANY WONDER WHY I PRAISE HIM!!!!!!!

My Friday Story: The Conventional Christian- 27 Mar 09 Friday

I recently put a status up on my facebook and I thought it was worth sharing in my notes. I pray it bless your life as it did mine; when the Lord shared it with me:

FaceBook Status: God does not want you to serve Him on a conventional level, HE wants you to serve Him on a post-conventional level...

To expound on this there are actually three stages that you can serve the Lord on a psychological standpoint.

The first stage is on the pre-conventional level; this christian reasoning is the "What is in it for me?" -- their servanthood is based on if you bless me Lord I will serve you. The condition of the Lord initiating determines the response of the service towards the Lord.

The second stage is the conventional level, this christian reasoning, even though they mean well; is they think God loves them based on their good works. "Living under the Law" They try to be "good" christians, considering the consequences of the "bad" christian. They servanthood is an 'obligated' service. Only to avoid consequences.

The last stage is on the post-conventional level; (the perfect will of God) this christian reasoning for serving the Lord is just because He is God. These christians highest motivation is walking in the scripture... 'IF YOU LOVE ME, you will obey my commandments'. They are not trying to be, they just are... or in other words, if you don't give me another thing, Jesus is Lord and God sits on the throne of my life.If there was not a heaven or hell to put me in, I will still obey your will ol' Lord, if you decide not to heal my body from a incurable disease; I will take my last breath declaring you are God & God alone... GLOOORRRRYYY!!!!

Now ask yourself which stage are you on? If there is room for change, change it... God bless!!!

My Friday Story -- Submission is not a summons - Monday, March 16, 2009 at 11:55pm

Hello Loves!
I wanted to touch on a very touchy topic that may run some away, recently I posted a video the "The Grand Dilemma" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOZZKkrZMm8. This is not part two to that vlog but one of the things that was discussed was rebellion. Which brings me to my cause. I have learned even in my own life that the very thing you tell people they should do, they don't do and they cling to what you tell them not to do, that they do. This works of the flesh, the bible calls rebellion, is the very thing that divided Lucifer from throne of God and man from the presence of God in the garden of Eden, through the fall. The results being, the very thing you are told to do you reject and that which you are forbidden from you want more than ever.
And so it is with this touchy topic I am going to discuss this evening here with you... The curse word in the ears of mankind: SUBMISSION!!! Ugh! Ouch! YIKES!!!!

This topic can go into many directions but the nail head I want to hit is the role of a submissive woman. I know... I mean who wants to submit, like our momma's taught us can't NO MAN TELL ME NOTHING!!! Sorry to be the one to tell you this but, Boy was moma wrong...haha

As we should know, God made mankind to be head over the earth. Even Jesus being God in the flesh, came to Earth to be submitted to the Father God. Even though he was equal to God in entity (ultimate nature) He came submitted (under the mission) under God's headship in function (position).

The bible further goes on and says that men gender is underneath Christ (related to christian men) This being when you have a head or someone over you, it covers you, protects you, guides you, etc... Husbands is the man 'IN' his house and God is the Man over mans house (body). The word of God in the book of 1 Corinthians 11 states that man is the IMAGE and GLORY of God and woman is the GLORY OF MAN, but it did not state she is in the image of man, the only thing changes is the GLORY.

What in the world is this scripture saying in regards to woman glorifying her head (husband)?! Glad you ask I will explain this to you.

When God stated that woman is to be the glory of man, her identity never change just the glory changes from God to her husband. This may sound like a cliche' I mean do we suppose to worship our spouses over God. No and frankly, my dear you really are not worshiping your spouse, just continue to go with me and I will bring clarity to this seemingly heresy.

For you to understand this, you will have to get the understanding of what GLORY is, Glory is to display or highlight something (SPOTLIGHT). When you are single, you glory God, it is written,...

'The unmarried woman careth for the things of the Lord, that she may be holy both in body and in spirit:'
First we see here married or not women have a responsibility of submission. Unmarried her submission is to the Lord, glorifying Him also known as putting Him in the spotlight. Lets read on.....
she that is married careth for the things of the world, how she may please her husband.'

When a woman marries that spotlight changes from God to her husband, notice above Paul even states that she now aims to please her husbandman. This is not a bad thing and it actually is the will of God. So now when two becomes one, man or the husbandman now displays or puts a spotlight on God being His head and the woman now places the spotlight from God and places it on her husband, who IS the glory of God (It is as if there is a funnel going on all leading to God).

When you glorify your husband, it shows how magnificent our creator is that He can make a woman from man... which is in the IMAGE of God. Hope I did not loose you there. ;) So as man displays God in his life, woman displays her husband in her life that displays the God in his life, which overall glorifies God.
Women were fashioned after man... Fashioned is defined as, 1 a: to give shape or form to : mold ..

MEN NOTE THIS: So I do have a small note I would like to share with the men, most of the time, if you have an out of order wife. It may not be a bad ideal to ask the Lord if you are out of order. Because she only displays what she was fashioned after...

However, women just because you may think your head is out of order, God has still given you divine order and the ability to submit even when it does not seem submission is the answer, now this does not mean that you yield to walking outside God's divine order. Example, he ask you to steal, or he ask you to write hot checks, or anything contrary to the word of the Lord. You absolutely do not have to submit. THERE IS AN ORDER these things break the law of God and the law of the land. Therefore anyone operating outside of God's lane is under the law aka A LAWBREAKER! Therefore that person (male/female) loses that authority. They have gone outside there lane.

God has made it where men need help, that is why women was gifted to men. They add what God did not place it man, I would like to say it like this if I could. God is God, right? And he is God with or without, but even though how great art thou our Lord, one thing God did not have within himself was an help meet. This help meet to God is used for His purpose/glory/use, when God looks at this help meet.

He expects this help meet to do what it was shaped or molded to do. So God looks out at the help meet and because this help meet know their assignment and not only that but knows the GREATNESS that has been placed within them unto the Master, they begin to exemplify HIS GREATNESS in them back to HIM. God can't glorify Himself, he needs a vessel to exemplify HIS GREATNESS. Stay with me, so it is with husbands, since woman was shaped and molded to exemplify the greatness in him, through the life of that wife, his greatness or GLORY is displayed in the life of his spouse.

That is why in the scripture says that King Ahasuerus called for his wife Queen Vashti, (...11To bring Vashti the queen before the king with the crown royal, to shew the people and the princes her beauty: for she was fair to look on.) ESTHER Chapter 1 her presence glorified her husbands greatness.

However she decided to rebel and oppose divine order and the bible says because this spirit would begin to contaminate the plan of (King's law) God's Order, a penalty had to be but in place as an example to the other women of there time. Because what she was doing was trying to reverse the plan of God and cause chaos in the land. If this Jezebelic spirit was not dealt with, it was going to cause trouble in other marriages, because remember she was molded after her husband, and for her to display (spotlight) this action. Was a smack and a contradiction of her husband.

Furthermore it disrupts the protocol of God, and it is a reminder to God of Lucifers action in heaven, he tried to change the plan of God by overthrowing his throne.

Wives you have to be very careful of the disposition that you display, another example to testify of this truth is in the book of Proverbs the 31 chapter, it is written, This scripture touches on what a virtuous woman looks like, this passage of scripture is not so much to her, if you prayfully read your scripture this passage of scripture was showing how she brought about bringing glory to her husband because as you go down to verse 23 is reads....23Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.

This woman had not self interest, not once did it mention anything about what she did for herself... Only that which she did to bring the plan of God out in her mans life... and because of this selfless act, the works she performed on the behalf of her lord (husband) brought her praise (is what determined her value and this is her glory---through her works of helping that man accomplish his God-ordained plan on earth)

PLEASE NOTE THIS: If you notice we did talk about divine order, so we know our limits of submission. I have found the most people that combat this is rebellious anyway, they are vagabonds walking to and fro like the devil HOMELESS... no covering, no protection, no provision, no guidance and they are like their fathers the devil that find ways to bring discord and confuse the word of the Lord.

No woman is exempt from this divine order, we have to have headship-covering. Not only that but, also submit rather I like it or not, we all have the works of Eve "she will desire her husband" this is not intimate this is straight WOMAN POWER, you not the boss of me 'desire'; to overthrow him, some call it a power struggle. I call it looking for trouble... =)

(Anyway you are the one that made the commitment to that man and God.)

My Friday Story: THE SECRET TO MINISTRY- Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 1:51pm

An Important Lesson
"When they came to the other disciples, they saw a large crowd around them and the teachers of the law arguing with them. As soon as all the people saw Jesus, they were overwhelmed with wonder and ran to greet him. 'What are you arguing with them about?' he asked. A man in the crowd answered, 'Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit... I asked your disciples to drive out the spirit, but they could not'" Mark 9:14-18.

The disciples were not novices. They had already been sent out two by two, with authority over evil spirits (Matthew 10:8). They had already returned, rejoicing that "even the demons submit to us in your name" (Luke 10:17). But this time they had tried to cast out an evil spirit and had failed.

"After Jesus had gone indoors, his disciples asked him privately, 'Why couldn't we drive it out?' He replied, 'This kind can come out only by prayer'" Mark 9:28-29.

Jesus had driven the evil spirit out. The disciples had looked at what Jesus did, but could not see anything they had failed to do. They thought they had missed out on an important formula. But the answer Jesus gave was not a formula. It was prayer!

Jesus had just come down from the mountain, where He had been transfigured (Mark 9:2-13). Luke tells us that the reason He had gone up the mountain was to pray (Luke 9:28-29). When Jesus told the disciples, "This kind comes out only by prayer," He was not talking about prayer as an activity. He was talking about prayer as an integral part of ministry. He was not talking about prayer in the open; He was talking about the time we spend hidden in prayer with God.

"But Jesus often withdrew to lonely places and prayed" Luke 5:16.

Prayer was a characteristic of Jesus' daily life (see Matthew 14:23; Mark 1:35; 6:46; Luke 6:12; 9:18; 11:1). Prayer was the key to His ministry. Each time of intimate prayer with His Father prepared Jesus to see what His Father was doing and to join in His work.

The Secret Place
"But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you" Matthew 6:6.

God calls us into a hidden time of prayer with Him. Our open time of ministry will only be as powerful as the quality of our hidden time with God. It is in our time of prayer that we receive rest, wisdom and anointing for ministry.

"The Sovereign Lord has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught" Isaiah 50:4.

A life of prayer is the foundation of all ministry. As we are yoked with Christ in prayer, so we will also be yoked with Him in power. What we hear in the secret place with the Lord is what we will speak in the open.

"What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the housetops" Matthew 10:27.

Equipped for Ministry
"He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver" Isaiah 49:2.

God is in the process of preparing each believer for ministry. This preparation involves soaking in God's word, learning to hear God's voice and being trained in obedience.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work" 2 Timothy 3:16-17 (see also Hebrews 13:20-21; 2 Timothy 2:15).

I get very good questions in regards to walking with the Lord, everyone that ask questions is important to me rather you are sitting in the pews or the privacy of your home! QUESTION:
I hear many people saying preach The Good News, exactly what is this... good news?

ANSWER:
The good news of the Gospel is that God sent Jesus to take our judgment for us (Romans 5:8). The Gospel is the salvation of God in action. It describes how we enter into God’s salvation and how that salvation continues to work in our lives. Read Romans 1:16-17. It is from God (2 Cor.5:17-18; Rom.11:36) It is by faith (Phil.3:8-9; Hebrews 11:6; 4:2) It is from first to last (Eph.1:13; Rom.16:25) “...all over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing...” Colossians 1:6.

QUESTION:
How could Jesus have been a representative of God and man explain this to me, please?!

ANSWER:
The bible says, “The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word...” Hebrews 1:3 (see also Colossians 1:15-17). You see, Jesus existed eternally before He took on human nature (Philippians 2:6-7). As the Word of God (John 1:1), he communicated the heart of God to mankind. In Jesus, we see what God the Father is like.John 14:7-11 (1:18) In Jesus we not only see the perfect image of God, we also see the perfect image of man, as God intended us to be. He didn’t just take on human form, He completely identified with us. He shared totally in our humanity.Philippians 2:6-8 (Romans 8:3) During his life on earth, Jesus experienced all the troubles that we face, and so understands how we feel (Matt.8:17; Heb.4:15). He became the example for us. In His words, His actions and His character He showed us how to live a life pleasing to God (1 Pet.4:1-2; 2:21-25). Jesus opened the door to heaven for us, because:

Jesus died for you (Heb.2:9; Isaiah 53:5-6)

Jesus was raised to life for you (Eph.2:4-6)

Your part is simply just linked with Jesus!
When you accepted Jesus into your life, God forever linked you with Jesus - with His righteousness, with His authority, with His character, with His life (Colossians 3:1-4).

WITH ALL HE IS... (selah)

Sooo, today is my birthday. What a privilege it is from the Lord to wake up this morning and see the day that He has made. I certainly will rejoice and be glad in it.

First of all I wanted to thank God for you, yes "You" know who you are that have reached out from your heart through your desktop and gave your thoughtful greetings!!! You are amazing!!! That is why I wanted to set these first couple of minutes of the day (beyond prayer, of course) to greet you on this morning with the love of the Lord! I wish my hands could reach beyond this screen and give you a big SQUEEZE, (I tell you what, close your eyes and give your self a big hug and imagine it is from me. lol Make sure it is a good one, I give great hugs... ***smile*

Now for the reason for this blog, I am in a little dilemma, (yes, I know) but I figured maybe you can help me out. I am not sure what to do for my birthday weekend (yes! I take it through the weekend, haha, I mean it only comes once a year why not. =))) Anyway, give me some fun ideas on what to do this weekend! Ready, set, SHARE...!

P.S. I will let you know what I came up with. (BTW Dr. Bynum if your read this since we share birth dates, you can give me tickets to you Birthday celebration, that would be one of those "all I want for Christmas-Birthday gifts" ***cheese*** (The bible said ask??? lol) Okay I am getting silly so I will stop here, but let a sister in on your creative side.

HAPPY "NEWNESS" YEAR

Good Afternoon, Friend;

I am so excited on what the Lord is speaking to my spirit man for this year for His people. I would share more, as the Lord gives me the release. I did share part one of this prophecy in my blog. I would like to share a snippet of this with you on this day.

The title Happy "N-e-w" Year for 'o9 is not just some tradition saying. You see THIS new year is prophecy of itself. The Lord spoke to me and said in '09 tell "my people" (criteria) "...old things have past away BEHOLD" God is making all things brand NEW 2009. That's right this year, is 'The Year of NEWNESS!!!' I am sure you will hear all types of prophecies and even some will begin to get a revelation off of some else's revelation (you catch my drift =)) and run with that.

I do love God and tune into this voice, when he speaks, everything else goes into mute around me. So you see those that are called into His plan of salvation (once again critieria); in my spirit I literally begin to see the people of God being thrust forth, and anything that is thrust is the tool that is used to force an entrance or passage.

Merriam-Websters Dictionary define thrust: to press, force, or impose the acceptance of upon someone

God is going to literally use those called His to bombard the kingdom of darkness and impose on the enemy. If you have been following my teachings, in January of 2008 I shared that the devil was going to make war against the saints.
